PRIMARY GOALS
Draft and endorse a new constitution that establishes a republican and democratic federal government. Empower local governments, ensure equitable resource distribution, and protect citizens' rights. Promote democratic values and enhance governance.
MOBILIZATION
Employ the Persuade-Organize-Mobilize (POM) methodology to gain support, organize, and mobilize action. Engage diverse sectors of society to build a broad consensus.
EXECUTION
Organize and craft the new constitution, form Consitutional Convention convenors and delegates to deliberate the writing of the new constitution.
FINALIZATION
Finalize the new constition and submit the draft to relevant authorities.
